Over the last quarter of a century, the Commission has invested over 26 million dollars in all corners of the county nurturing the growth & development of children aged 0-5 and providing unwavering support to their families & caregivers.

Provider Appreciation Evening
We cordially invite Sutter County early educators to join us for an evening dedicated to appreciation & celebration. Come together for a delightful dinner, networking opportunities, & a captivating presentation by Jessica Marie, a certified life & purpose coach, & trained trauma-informed breathwork facilitator. Jessica will lead us in an exploration of strategies for integrating everyday breathwork techniques to effectively cope with stress.

25th Anniversary
Child Care Provider Mini Grant
With an investment of over $750,000 in mini grants over the years, SCCFC has been instrumental in enhancing the quality of child care & early education across the county. These grants have empowered numerous child care providers to create safe, stimulating, and enriching environments for our children, fostering their development and well-being.

In honor of this milestone, the SCCFC is excited to announce the release of the 2024 Child Care Provider Mini-Grant Application. $25,000 has been allocated to support licensed child care providers in enhancing the quality of care for our youngest residents.
