Transition to School Kits |
|
 If your child is between the ages 2 through 5 they are eligible to receive a Transition to School Kit. The kits are available at a backpack presentation on a date following the Bright Futures event. Participation in the Bright Futures Health Screening is mandatory to receive a Transition to School Kit. The Transition to School kits were designed to help prepare children when entering Kindergarten by learning concepts and working on fine and large motor skills.
