SutterKids.org is the website of the Sutter County Children & Families Commission. 

Sutter County Children & Families Commission provides a comprehensive system of information, programs, and services which support all Sutter County children and families and which ensure that each child is prepared to enter school healthy and ready to learn.

Transition to School Kits

 

 

 If your child is between the ages 2 through 5 they are eligible to receive a Transition to School Kit. The kits are available at a backpack presentation on a date following the Bright Futures event. Participation in the Bright Futures Health Screening is mandatory to receive a Transition to School Kit.  The Transition to School kits were designed to help prepare children when entering Kindergarten by learning concepts and working on fine and large motor skills. Make an appointment with Bright Futures to receive your Transition to School Kit.
